Spotting Sonia just got even easier! On June 26, 2014, I unleashed my new animal, the Sonia-mobile! She’s fun, fierce, and focused on one of my greatest passions: Sherwood Park real estate!
Isn’t she purrrrfect? I still get giddy every time I take her for a drive. I just love how the artwork turned out, and how she looks zipping along the roads of Sherwood Park.
When I began my career in real estate, right from the start I knew I wanted to separate myself from my competition with a brand that would get noticed. Since I also love animal prints, I knew I wanted to incorporate them into my marketing. Now, 5 years later, everyone can spot me no matter where I’m at, whether it’s at an open house, a busy trade show, on a sold sign, or – now – driving to a showing!
Animal print has been a part of my personal signature style for a long time, and when I created a brand for my real estate business it was a perfect fit. It tells you everything you need to know about working with me, right up front.

Just like the big cats that inspire my wardrobe and brand identity, I get the job done. My marketing strategy is aggressive, and I’m a fearless professional. I don’t wait for your home to sell, I make it sell.

Just try and miss spotting me! My marketing style is like my personality: Confident, extroverted, and a little bit bold. Everything is polished and professional, but I add in that playful “Sonia Touch” that makes my marketing all the more memorable.
3. Make It Fun
While my branding tells you a lot about my business style – aggressive, bold, and fierce – it also lets you know I don’t take myself too seriously. There won’t be any buttoned-down stuffiness or yawninducing lectures on the minutia of real estate with me: I make it fun, interesting, and we’ll laugh a lot along the way!
My branding tells you everything I stand for: My promise to my customers, the way I think about the market, and my business style. I live and breath that brand promise every day, and that’s why I wanted to be as easy to spot on the roads as I am on the sidewalks.
