So here are 5 restaurants in the Sherwood Park that I recommend you visit and that are rated by all those who call this area home and those who visit here!

#1 La Patrona

La Patrona is a Mexican, Latin, Spanish restaurant that is located on Athabascan Avenue. This is a small, privately owned restaurant that is known for fair prices and even better food! The vibe is described as festive, yet also relaxed, and includes some of the best Mexican food that can be found in the area.

#2 Cora’s Breakfast and Lunch

This restaurant offers some great breakfast and lunch options. It is categorized as an American, Canadian cuisine, but many state that it has tons of gluten-free options, vegetarian and other healthy food options. Many reviews this restaurant stating that they have great food, a family atmosphere, and serve large portions for those who may be extra hungry!

#3 Branches Fresh Food Experience

Located on Highway 16 this location is considered a pizza, Canadian and healthy foods option for those in the area. With moderate prices, it seems to be one of those restaurants that people rate as excellent in most reviews. While the restaurant may be categorized as a pizza place, it has more than that! There are not only awesome pizzas but delicious than breakfast sandwiches, tofu, salads and the like.

#4 Vicky’s

Vicky’s is a Greek, Canadian and gluten/ vegetarian-friendly location that is located in the Sherwood Park area. It is located on Festival Avenue.  There is a huge wine selection for those who are interested and enough options on the menu for even the pickiest of eaters. However, even though it may be crowded, you will find that the servers are very attentive, and the food is brought out quickly.

JOEY Sherwood Park is an American, Canadian and International cuisine restaurant that is located on Baseline Road. The service found here is what makes it stand out, with many people stating that the servers go out of their way to make your meal special. Sonia Says, Stay Optimistic!

Thursday, January 28th, 2016

Optimism is more important today than ever in this current economic downturn. As a business owner, I believe that it is critical to focus on the big picture. Our clients!

When I started my career in real estate in October 2009, the market was somewhat flat and many people believed that Alberta was in a never ending recession. I had to completely ignore this pessimism, as it was like poison to my mind and quite frankly I couldn’t understand how this outlook benefited anyone. In fact, I distanced myself from those individuals who spoke negatively about the market, not because we weren’t facing challenges in our economy, but rather because of my committment to staying focused on the positives.  I found that working hard and maintaining an optimistic attitude every day was the key to finding success in real estate.

Optimistic 1

As business people, we are hired to provide the best service to each and every one of our clients. We cannot control external economic factors, but we certainly can control how we react to it. We know historically that Alberta will regain balance. In the meantime, I believe we must remain optimistic and exude a confident attitude. Our clients depend on it!

Warmest regards,

Sonia Tarabay
